Aside from a small guest feature on Mally Mal’s Wake Up In It single, Sean Kingston hasn’t appeared on our pages since the release of ‘13 album Back 2 Life. That all changes today, with the release of new buzz record Ecstacy. Produced by the Phat Boiz, the non-single samples the Grace Jones classic My Jamaican Guy, which was later re-popularized by LL Cool J‘s 1996 single Doin It.  According to the Beluga Heights signee, the Tyga-assisted song will not be placed on a larger body of work, but rather is “something for the fans.”  Kingston sounds right at home over the laid back rhythm, as he has a history of working his magic over samples by popular artists from the 80’s (see I Can Feel It, which borrowed a classic Phil Collins tune).
