SeVen1 - Real Lit

Posted 3 years ago
Producer:
Yung Exclusive
Album:
Forever Dies Today

Just because DJBooth newcomer SeVen1 is Real Lit doesn’t mean he is sitting on his couch watching Family Guy and eating Funyuns. In reality the Chicago native might be lit, but he is more than capable of scarfing down a beat or two; in this case a smooth production from Yung Exclusive. The floating beat on display is complimented nicely by SeVen1’s raw, high-pitched flow, which the emcee uses to paint a picture of what it is like to a starving artist and the father of a precious daughter, all while trying to stay away from temptation. Despite his lit state, SeV strings together some pretty dope lines, like my personal favorite, “In my case more Mase than Pastor Mason”. Fans of this effort will be happy to know that SeVen1’s album, Forever Dies Today, is out today… for free.
