Sick Jacken & Slaine - Slained Sick

Featuring:
Producer:
G Rocka
Album:
Outdated

Like the Green Bay Packers, DJBooth’s had a perfect record when it comes to dropping dope records from our new 20/20 series. And much like the defending champs, our streak is no surprise – how could it be when we’ve got such dependably ill emcees as Sick Jaken and Slaine taking part on a cut that’s so collaborative the title echoes their names? Slained Sick is founded on a soulful, sample-based beat from producer G Rocka that provides plenty of room for the west coast vet and the Coka Nostra member to roam into some serious dark rhyme territory. In other words, this is some of that really real rap. If this song’s so dope you feel like you need to hear it twice, you’re in luck. Fans can first cop it when it appears on the DJBooth-hosted Event 20/20 Music Series and again when it anchors Jacken’s upcoming Outdated album. For info on the newly-released 20/20 BAS studio monitors, check out Event Electronics’ official site - and keep it locked to DJBooth.net for further entries in the series throughout October and November.
