Smitty ft. Robin Thicke - Died In Your Arms Tonight

Life of a Troubled Child

Smitty takes full advantage of the sampling craze as he enlists Scott Storch to workup a remake of Cutting Crew’s “I Just Died In Your Arms Tonight.” The sample catches you at first, but Smitty’s lyrics offer a reminder of why his debut album might have been pushed back various times. A great opportunity to make some noise, Smitty comes up short next to the production of Storch and the chorus vocals of Robin Thicke.  Unless Smitty wants his career to go belly up, he might want to think twice about resurrecting an old flame that was rightfully put out long ago.
