Smoke DZA - Kenny Powers

Posted 4 years ago
Producer:
Harry Fraud
Album:

Having dedicated his last feature to ECW fighter and original gangster New Jack, Smoke DZA takes inspiration from another fictional, sh*t-talking sports icon (No, Virginia, professional wrestling isn’t real) on the latest leak off his next street album. Inspired by the Eastbound & Down protagonist, Kenny Powers finds the freestyle alum delivering bold and arrogant bars over project collaborator Harry Fraud‘s off-kilter sample work. Watch for Smoke DZA and Harry Fraud’s collaborative LP, Rugby Thompson, to hit stores everywhere June 19, via High Times Records and Cinematic Music Group.
