Sonny Shotz - Kids of June

Posted 2 years ago
Producer:
Mik Beats

This past Monday, Sonny Shotz came together with The DJBooth to release American Summer, his second digital album as a solo artist. As a thank you to everyone who helped to make the release a success, the Boston representative and Dean’s List alumnus has liberated Kids of June, a record that didn’t make it onto the final tracklist. Whatever the reason for its exclusion, a lack of quality clearly wasn’t the issue; featuring the artist’s incisive, slow-flowed social commentary and an atmospheric instrumental by Mik Beats, this record will appeal to those who like their summer jams with a hint of darkness. Still haven’t copped Shotz’s sophomore set? Then what are you waiting for—click here to stream and/or download the project free of charge, right here in the Booth.
