Lone Star State emcee SparkDawg doesn’t require much to be happy – as he explains on his latest feature, a little Drank-N-Dank (or a lot) is enough to leave him without a care in the world. This track, the final leak off the emcee’s forthcoming @SparkDawgMusic mixtape, sees Sparks, Every Girl guest emcee Gudda Gudda, and San Francisco native Ya Boy joining forces to rap the praises of their favorite intoxicants. 2Much delivers a laid-back, soul-sampled beat befitting an ode to to the powers of promethazine and weed, borrowing the hook from the late Fat Pat’s Too Much Lean in My Cup. Some might be disappointed to hear SparkDawg stray from the more reflective path he forged on his last feature, but those who can look past the drugged-out subject matter (and Gudda’s absolutely insane endorsement of getting behind the wheel while jacked up on syrup) are sure to appreciate this track’s hazy Southern vibe.
