SupaNatra - While They’re Sayin’

Posted 2 years ago
Producer:
B Banga (of ExecGang)
Album:
Minutes Per Game

You know how some rappers say they’re Ray Charles to the haters? Well, Booth newcomer SupaNatra is Helen Keller; he doesn’t see them, nor does he pay any heed to their words. On mixtape standout While They’re Sayin’, the Columbus, Ohio buzzmaker makes clear that, bicker and speculate as his critics might, he ain’t about to switch up his style. As well he shouldn’t; the open-minded listener will find plenty to like about his self-assured bars. To back said bars, Execgang‘s B Banga creates one of the most unique instrumentals I’ve heard in a minute; a melodic chorus built around a lush Chipmunk-choral sample transitions seamlessly into a menacing, trap-infused verse groove. Feeling it? More left-of-center bangers await on SupaNatra’s Minutes Per Game street album, available online as of October 1.
