Swollen Members - Power

Posted 2 years ago
Producer:
Rob The Viking
Album:

As those who tuned in for their last feature already know, the Swollen Members view themselves as Supreme Beings. On the follow-up, part of their next studio album, the Vancouver crew take a break from terrorizing the hip-hop game and step into the role of tempters, offering hip-hop heads a taste of their godlike Power. Listeners who take them up on their offer will be rewarded with some characteristically electrifying bars from partners-in-rhyme Madchild and Prevail. As usual, Rob the Viking mans the boards, cooking up a sampled beat fueled by an insistent keyboard sample. Luciano Fontana‘s official visuals accompany the cut. The Members’ Brand New Day LP is scheduled for release Tuesday, June 17, but Boothgoers will get a sneak peek at the project the day prior, when it hits our front page for full, free streaming.
