Swollen Members - Shut the Light

Posted 2 years ago
Producer:
Rob The Viking

Why risk getting trampled at your local big box store this Friday, when you can purchase gifts for all the hip-hop lovers in your life from the comfort of your own home? To build anticipation for the massive sale soon to go down at their newly-relaunched official site, as well as to create early buzz behind their ninth studio album, Vancouver’s Swollen Members have stepped into the Booth with the world premiere of lead single Shut the Light. An eerie sample from Joseph Arthur’s Invisible Hands, as flipped by crew member Rob The Viking, backs partners-in-rhyme Mad Child and Prevail as they reflect on the course of their career to date. The LP to which this introspective jam is attached has yet to receive either a title or a solid drop date, but those feeling it can, of course, watch our pages for the latest details. Visit BattleaxeWarriors.com on Black Friday for great deals on music, merch and more.
