None (Promo Single)

The last time I listened to a rap song from a Wisconsinite it was about ten years ago in 2001, when Calvin Bellamay (a.k.a Coo Coo Cal) was telling us about his projects in Milwaukee, WI. Well, just in time for the NFL’s return tonight, The Fall Guys are making sure that I again put my focus on Wisconsin. As the Saints and Packers will be kicking off, you’ll probably be reading this and nodding your head the same way I did when it popped in my inbox. With their first Booth feature and new single, The Fall Guys, consisting of emcee Oliver Stixx and producer DJ Pain 1, do not disappoint on new single, Well Respected, from their upcoming mixtape Clocked In. Produced by Pain, Well Respected is a head-nodding and soulful track over which Stixx takes over the introductory verse and discusses his experience as a rapper, from rocking shows to cyphers on the street. Bringing in Joell Ortiz and I-20 for the assist, all three emcees work well together to create a solid debut Booth feature for the group. Wisconsin, stand up.
