The Gooneez ft. Hed Rok - Carne x Brew

Posted 3 years ago
Producer:
Pet Sownds
Album:
#RadtotheBone

Last we heard from Los Angeles underground crew The Gooneez was in fall of last year, when they garnered positive reader reviews for Dilla-inspired video single The Stars. Having spent the first half of 2013 prepping their latest album for release in mid-May, cousins Dre and Frank are ready for some much-deserved R&R. Appropriately enough, new single Carne x Brew features the duo hooking up with newcomer Hed Rock to describe their perfect day at the beach, complete with grilling, ice-cold beers and singalongs to Bob Marley’s classics. The accompanying visuals are a suitably breezy, refreshing accompaniment to the collaborators’ lyrical depictions of summertime fun. Feeling it? More is just a click away on new album #RadtotheBone, available here for free, direct download.
