Theo Martins - For Helena

Posted about 5 years ago
Producer:
Austin White
Album:
Untitled Mixtape (TBD)

A representative of Rhode Island, Booth fave Theo Martins recently left his home state for the bigger pond that is Los Angeles. Inspired by the feeling of journeying into the unknown, the freestyle series alumnus has channeled his hopes, fear and anticipation into new mixtape leak For Helena—the first cut he recorded after the big move. Over Austin White‘s banging boardwork, sampled from indie-rockers Foster the People’s Helena, Martins showcases his infectious, sung-rapped flows. If this exhilarating jam has you nodding along, then stay tuned; the artist’s yet-untitled street album is scheduled to hit the ‘net in the next couple weeks.
