Start Dancing

A Michigan native, Booth newcomer TIMO recently relocated to Los Angeles to pursue his musical dreams in a bigger proverbial pond. How’s he adapting to his new stamping grounds? Pretty damn well, as evidenced by the freshly-released lead single off his next project. Shine On finds A Summer’s Night beatsmith YOG$ serving up a moody synth backdrop as TIMO spits about the revitalizing effects of the move: “I gotta say, life nowadays ain’t gettin’ much better. / More focus, more sweat and more work.” Rising Windy City emcee Alex Wiley lends his melodic flow to the final verse. Fans will be able to find Shine On and much more on the artist’s Start Dancing LP, slated to drop independently before summer’s end.
