Too $hort -19,999

Producer:
The Dream Team
Album:
19,999 EP

Update: The Maxwell Benson-created and directed animated visuals for Too $hort’s 19,999 single have been added.

From the freaky content of his bars, it’s clear that Too $hort has so many notches on his belt that it barely qualifies as a belt anymore, but till now we haven’t had a firm figure. On his latest single, the Bay Area heavyweight reveals the precise number of his sexual conquests: 19,999—just under the lofty benchmark set by Wilt Chamberlain. Over The Dream Team‘s stark, whip-ready production, Todd Anthony Shaw rubs his hands together at the prospect of surpassing the basketball great. On verse two, he encourages listeners who don’t know their fathers to, “ask Maury: are you my child?” The project to which 19,999 is attached hasn’t received a title or a drop date, but we’ll keep you posted on the set as further details emerge.
