Tree - Look At Me

None (Promo Single)

It’s been a minute since we showed Tree some love on our pages; his most recent headlining feature was last October’s Never Heard of That, a collaboration with The Purist. Hungry for attention from our loyal readers, the Windy City emcee and producer shouts “Look at Me!” on a fresh promo single released in honor of his impending European tour. Those who do as they’re told and cast an eye—or an ear, as the case may be—in his direction will be amply rewarded. Featuring an atmospheric “soultrap” instrumental and plenty of gruff, staggering flows, this joint showcases Tree at his off-kilter best. Look at Me isn’t attached to a larger set, but fans can hear more from the artist on THE @MCTREEG EP, released to the ‘net in January.
