Village of Pharaohs ft. Playboy Tre - Runaway Slaves

Featuring:
Producer:
Wip Beatz
Album:

It was almost a year ago that Village Of Pharaohs made their Booth debut with If It’s Love (released on Valentines Day). How cool is it that their ninth feature, a Booth-exclusive world premiere, comes almost a year to the day after the aforementioned cut? Almost as cool as the song itself. On Runaway Slaves, the North Carolina quartet returns with what might be its best effort yet. Over an understated, smooth instrumental by Wip Beatz, the crewmates deliver diverse, laid-back verses that are each perfectly matched to the simmering production. The icing on the cake is ATL’s Playboy Tre, who showcases his biting flow in a fresh guest verse. While you wait for Village Of Pharaohs’ Booth-hosted project, Pharaodigm Shift, why not check out their last feature, January’s Release?
