Waka Flocka ft. Meek Mill - Let Dem Guns Blam

Despite all the doubters, and I won’t front, I should probably be counted as a doubter, it’s increasingly looking like Waka Flocka Flame will carve out a career for himself in hip-hop. The buzz around his upcoming Triple F Life album is increasing by the day, and that buzz may just become a roar with the release of new single Let Dem Guns Blam. Producer Southside (I guess you can’t get literally all your beats from Lex Luger) mans the instrumental, putting together a monstrous beat that centers around booming bass and what I can only describe as outer space sounding synths. On the mic Waka is, well, exactly who you think Waka is, delivering bars that have absolutely no intentions beyond sparking a riot. Joining Mr. Flame on Blam is MMG protégé Meek Mill, who continues to prove that he can embed even the most street records with hints of lyricism. So how about it DJBooth Nation? Does Blam have you ready to go hard in the paint when Waka’s Triple F Life: Fans, Friends, & Family album drops this summer on June 12?
