Winners Circle ft. Nipsey Hussle - Runner Up

Posted 3 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
DJ Pain1
Album:
Marcus Eugene and Starks are Winners Circle

If you needed any evidence that there is no prize for the Runner Up, look no further than the Indiana Pacers. Despite a commendable effort, the Pacers were not able to dethrone The Heat and, while they finished second in the Eastern Conference, they went home empty-handed. As their name might suggest, Winners Circle refuse be the Runner Up and, if they continue to put out tremendous cuts like this one, they wont have to worry about being in second place. Backed by a vibrant, sample-and-horn-laden beat by DJ Pain1, partners-in-rhyme Marcus Eugene and Stark are joined by Nipsey Hussle. Together, the trio match the beat’s energy with charismatic, confident verses filled with braggadocios, raucous bars. If this effort (somehow) did not convince you to check out Winner Circle’s new mixtape, Marcus Eugene and Starks are Winners Circle, then perhaps appearances from Kendrick Lamar, BJ the Chicago Kid and Rockie Fresh might do the job?
