Wu Block ft. Masta Killa, GZA & Erykah Badu - Drivin’ Round

Posted 3 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
Termanology
Album:

Don’t get it twisted, Wu-Block is not the hood’s version of Sesame Street. Rather, it is a duo made up of Wu-Tang’s Ghostface Killah and D-Block leader Sheek Louch. It is also doubles as the title of the duo’s new self titled LP. On Drivin’ Round, Louch is joined by Wu-Tang members GZA and Masta Killa. All three emcees showcase their distinct rhyme styles, painting vivid pictures of what they see as they cruise around their hood. Booth fave Termanology crafts a fluttery, soulful beat which is quite different from each emcees rugged flow, yet somehow sounds just right. Erykah Badu contributes a breezy, hypnotizing hook, which makes this track a perfect crusin’ or smokin’ tune. Fans of authentic, raw hip-hop should be sure to circle their calender for the release of Wu-Block, out November 27.
