YOUDONTSAY! x Kindness - House

No Me Digas!

Has anyone ever had to endure that somewhat awkward moment when you realize that you’re feeling the remixed version of a song way more than the original? Well, that kind of just happened to me. After remixing Major Lazer’s Get Free, which also served as their DJBooth debut, Virginia duo YOUDONTSAY! has moved on to British-born singer Kindness’ House. If you’ve heard Kindness’ version of the record then you may be a bit confused right now and likely wondering how in the world these guys were able to flip such an unexpected song. Adding a burst of energy that was lacking in the original, YDS members Gabe Niles and Ced Hughes rub their own personal blend of musical spices onto the track, almost reinventing the record as their own. If you’ve quite literally flipped over YOUDONTSAY!‘s flip of House then be sure to lookout for the duo’s No Me Digas! mixtape when it’s released in August.
