Mickey & Mallory

While it’s been a minute since Yung Berg stepped into the Booth with a fresh solo feature (With You hit our front page way back in May 2009), the Chi-town rapper has kept himself busy in the meantime with a series of street releases. The lead single off his next tape, a collaboration with up-and-coming singer Mia Rey, The One finds beatsmith Nyrell flipping a sample from NasNas Is Like as Berg rhymes about his knack for making women fall in love. Wu-Tang icon Raekwon contributes guest rhymes. Berg and Mia’s Mickey & Mallory street album has yet to receive a drop date, but those digging this single can stay tuned for all the latest.
