The Art of Anxiety: A Guest Editorial by Aaron Aye
When anxiety creeps into the artistic psyche, it’s like hosting a visit from an uninvited critic.
Aaron Aye is a breath of fresh air. The singer/songwriter from Minneapolis, MN, has been performing since he can remember, studying the likes of Prince, Michael Jackson, and Drake throughout his childhood. At age nine his mother overheard him singing in the shower, he asked for his first piece of recording equipment at age 11 and mowed lawns all summer to help pay for it. He’s been writing music ever since.
