Amber Horsburgh is a music strategist. She makes tools to supercharge artists’ careers. Horsburgh started developing digital music strategies while at MTV. She then jumped over to the agency side to lead projects for tech clients like YouTube, Samsung, Sonos, and Google Play, before scooting over to Downtown Records to oversee marketing for their artist roster including Mura Masa, Cold War Kids, Smino, Miike Snow, Chet Faker/Nick Murphy. From there, Horsburgh packaged her process to consult with music and tech companies and run Deep Cuts, a music strategy newsletter for marketers and artists.
