Overall Music Chart - April 16, 2012
Welcome to the Booth's Top Hip Hop and R&B Chart! As always, your feedback has determined which songs made the cut. Each chart’s lineup is calculated using a special DJBooth Formula that takes into account member ratings and reviews as well as features’ overall popularity.
*G.O.O.D. Music's "Mercy" retains its position at the top of the chart, but the runner-up, 2 Chainz' "Like Me," tumbles to fifth, clearing the way for DJ Khaled's "Take It to the Head" (formerly third) to claim second.
*Graduating from our Top Rap Chart, Kendrick Lamar's "The Recipe," CyHi The Prynce's "A-Town, Rick Ross' "Stay Schemin'," Nicki Minaj's "Beez in the Trap," T.I.'s "Love This Life" and Fat Joe's "Another Round (Remix)" claim third, fourth, seventh, 10th, 11th, 12th and 17th.
*Up from the R&B/Pop Chart, Jeremih's "Go to the Mo" and Chris Brown's "Sweet Love" snag fourth and sixth.
*Formerly absent from the chart, Chris Breezy's "Sweet Love" reemerges in sixth.
*The sole record to make its exit this week, E-40's "Catch a Fade" retires from the chart.
