R&B/Pop Music Chart - August 21, 2011
Welcome to the Booth's Top R&B Chart! As always, your feedback has determined which songs made the cut. Each chart’s lineup is calculated using a special DJBooth.net Formula that takes into account member ratings and reviews as well as features’ overall popularity.
Last week's top two, Frank Ocean's "Swim Good" and David Guetta's "I Can Only Imagine" graduate to our Top Hip Hop and R&B lineup this week, clearing the way for last week's third-place pick, Elle Varner's "Only Wanna Give It to You," and a new feature, Melanie Fiona's "4 AM," to claim first and second. Debuting along with Fiona's cut are T. Mills' "Hollywood" (in 12th), AudioDax's "September" (in 15th), Casely's "Do What You Want" (in 17th) and Nikkiya's "Titanic" (in 19th). Down from our Top Picks, Miguel's "Quickie" and T. Mills' "F*ck 'Em (With My Vans On)" land in fifth and seventh. Making their exit from the linneup this go-round are cuts by Tyrese ("I Gotta Chick That Love Me"), The Cataracs ("77 88"), David Guetta ("Little Bad Girl") and Jaiden ("Ain't Enough").
