Also debuting this week are Ray J's "Celebration" (in third), R. Kelly's "When a Woman Loves" (in 6th) and Keri Hilson's "Breaking Point." (in 16th). Down from our Top Hip Hop and R&B Chart, Novel claims #4 with "Walkin' on Air." Absent from our charts this go-round are Usher's "Get Into My Car," Sarah Green's "Dirty Rose," Bei Maejor's "Gamez" and Nina Sky's "Only You."
