Welcome to the Booth’s Top Rap Chart! As always, your feedback has determined which songs made the cut. Each chart’s lineup is calculated using a special DJBooth.net Formula that takes into account member ratings and reviews as well as features’ overall popularity.
The former front-runner, Dr. Dre‘s “I Need a Doctor,” returns to our Top Hip Hop and R&B lineup this week, and the runner-up, Chamillionaire‘s “This My World,” falls to ninth. Taking their place in the top two are new singles from Pusha T (“My God”) and Snoop Dogg (“Platinum”), debuting along with Rick Ross‘ “Perfectionist” (in seventh), Snoop’s “I Don’t Need No B*tch” (in 10th), and Ya Boy‘s “F_#k U Rite” (in 13th). Down from the Top Picks, Travis Barker‘s “Can a Drummer Get Some?” and 50 Cent‘s “Old 2003 Ferrari (Freestyle)” land in third and eighth. Absent from the running this week are joints by Slaughterhouse (“Sun Doobie,” “Back on the Scene”), Lloyd Banks (“Where I’m At”). T.I. (“All She Wrote”) and Jared Evan (“Weight of the World”).
