Welcome to the Booth's Top Hip Hop and R&B Chart! As always, your feedback has determined which songs made the cut. Each chart’s lineup is calculated using a special DJBooth.net Formula that takes into account member ratings and reviews as well as features’ overall popularity.

Lil Wayne once again takes top billing, retaining first place with Carter IV lead single "6'7," but the former runner-up, Nicki Minaj's "Moment for Life," switches positions with last week's third place pick, Chris Brown's "Look at Me Now." Kanye West & Jay-Z's "H.A.M.," the sole new feature to earn a spot on the lineup, debuts in 11th. Last week's Rap and R&B charts yield three Top Picks each: from the former, Yeezy and Hov's "That's My B*tch," Wale's "Let's Chill" and Snoop Dogg & Wiz Khalifa's "That Good" climb to fifth, ninth and 18th. From the latter, The Lonely Island's "I Just Had Sex," Ciara's "Turn It Up" and Diddy/Dirty Money's "Someone to Love Me" claim #12, #14 and #19.
