This week’s Independent shake-up is the most dramatic since the October ’09 launch of our expanded charts. The past week’s features snag 16 out of 20 spots, including the top two; Dan Black (the CuDi-assisted “Symphonies”) and Nappy Roots (the Booth-premiered “P.O.N.
