*J. Holiday's "Sign My Name" and Chris Brown's "Oh Yeah" make the jump to our Top Hip-Hop and R&B Chart. Taking their place in the top two are last week's seventh and eighth-place picks, Jeremih's "Ahh Sh*t" and Trey Songz' "2 Reasons."

*The sole new feature to enter the chart, Breezy's "Get Down" debuts in 14th.

*Down from last week's Top Picks, Far East Movement's "Dirty Bass," Jay Sean's "I'm All Yours" and Usher's "Lemme See" land in fifth, seventh and 13th.

*Ne-Yo's "Lazy Love" and Timbaland's "Hands in the Air" make their exit from our charts.
