Welcome to the Booth's Top R&B Chart! As always, your feedback has determined which songs made the cut. Each chart’s lineup is calculated using a special DJBooth.net Formula that takes into account member ratings and reviews as well as features’ overall popularity.

Last week's front-runners, Jah Cure's "Nothing Is Impossible" and T. Mills' "F*ck 'Em (With My Vans On)" make the leap to our Top Picks this week, clearing the way for Kelly Rowland and Lloyd to grab the top two with new singles "Lay It on Me" and "Dedication to My Ex (Miss That)." Also debuting this week are Melanie Fiona's "Like I Love You" and Jennifer Lopez' "Staring Over" snag seventh and 16th. Down from the Top Picks, Rihanna's "California King Bed (Goon Rock Remix)" and Far East Movement's "So What" drop to sixth and 10th. Making their exit from the lineup are joints by Chiddy Bang ("Mind Your Manners"), B.o.B ("Get Mama a House"), Kelly Rowland ("Motivation (Remix)") and The Knux ("Run").
