Also making their debut in this week's lineup are J. Cole's "Premeditated Murder" (at #3), Rich Boy's "To the Floor" (at #4), Kevin Rudolf's "You Can Make the Rain Fall" (at #7), Joe Budden's "Short Summer" (at #19) and Cassidy's "Gotta Get My Paper Up" (at #20). Down from last week's Top Picks, Eminem's "No Love" and Drake's "9AM in Dallas" land at #11 and #12. Absent from our lineup this go-round are tracks by Flo Rida ("Club Can't Handle Me"),Wale ("Workin'), Fat Joe ("No Problems"), Twista ("I Do"), Laws ("Hold You Down (Remix)"), Dirty Money ("Hello, Good Morning (Remix)") and Lloyd Banks ("Any Girl").
