Welcome to the Booth's Top Independent Hip Hop Chart! As always, your feedback has determined which songs made the cut. Each chart’s lineup is calculated using a special DJBooth Formula that takes into account member ratings and reviews as well as features’ overall popularity.
*Last week's top two, G-Eazy's "Marilyn" and Odd Future's "Rella," fall to (respectively) eighth and seventh this week; debuting in their place are Soul Khan's DJBooth-premiered "Wellstone" and RIttz'.
*All in all, 16 new features earn spots on the chart, including additional Booth-exclusive world premieres from Bizzy Crook ("Rich Someday," in ninth) and Mike Dreams ("The Light, The Life," in 15th).
*Edged out by the newcomers, Rita Ora's "R.I.P.," Kirby Lauryn's "Daddy's Child," Tyrese's "Fireworkz (Remix)", D-Why's "Macchiato Music" and Cassie's "King of Hearts" make their exit from the chart.
