Up from our R&B lineup are Kelly Rowland's "Motivation," Willow Smith's "21st Century Girl" and Diddy/Dirty Money's "Your Love," claiming sixth, 12th and 14th. Two new cuts make their debut in our Top Picks this week: Nicki Minaj and Snoop Dogg secure 10th and 11th with new singles "Did It on Em" and "Boom."
