Welcome to the Booth's Top Rap Chart! As always, your feedback has determined which songs made the cut. Each chart’s lineup is calculated using a special DJBooth Formula that takes into account member ratings and reviews as well as features’ overall popularity.
Yelawolf's "Throw It Up" drops from first to second this week, replaced on top by Busta Rhymes' "Why Stop Now" (formerly third). Last week's runner-up, B.o.B's "5 on the Kush," graduates to our Top Hip Hop and R&B lineup. Debuting this week, Young Jeezy's "I Do," 50 Cent's "What Up Gangsta Pt. 2," T.I.'s "Pyro," Common's "Celebrate" and WZRD's "Brake" snag third, fourth, fifth, seventh and 15th. Down from our Top Picks, Eminem's "Shady 2.0 Cypher," Wale's "Lotus Flower Bomb," B.o.B's "Strange Clouds," Lil Wayne's "Mirror" and T.I.'s "I'm Flexin'" claim eighth, ninth, 10th, 12th and 14th. Edged out by the newcomers, cuts by Wale ("Focused," "Slight Work"), Wax ("Too Loud"), Asher Roth ("Common Knowledge"), Ludacris ("I'm on Fire"), Birdman ("Y.U. Mad"), Juvenile ("Power") and Lupe Fiasco ("Lightwork").
