Taking their place on top are T.I.'s "Welcome to the World" and yet another Em/Royce collabo, "Echo." Down from our Top Hip Hop and R&B lineup, T.I.P's "Get Back Up," lands in seventh, while Jay Electronica's "Shiny Suit Theory" claims #16. Also former Top Picks, Kanye West's "Looking for Trouble" and "The Joy" grab #11 and #14. Out of the running this week are J. Cole's "Before I'm Gone," David Banner & 9th Wonder's "Be With You," Ghostface Killah's "Together Baby," Swizz Beatz' "King Tut" and Kanye's "Monster."
