R&B/Pop Music Chart - October 17, 2011
Welcome to the Booth's Top R&B Chart! As always, your feedback has determined which songs made the cut. Each chart’s lineup is calculated using a special DJBooth Formula that takes into account member ratings and reviews as well as features’ overall popularity.
Taio Cruz' "Hangover" and Trey Songz' "On Top of the World" graduate to our Top Hip Hop and R&B Chart this week, clearing the way for Miguel's "Quickie (After Midnight Mix)" (#8 last week) and Sean Paul's "She Doesn't Mind" (a new feature). Making their debut along with Sean Paul's cut, The Weeknd's "Initiation," Robin Thicke's "Love After War," Timbaland's "Give It a Go" and Phyllisia's "I Love You" enter the lineup in fifth, eighth, 11th and 13th. Mario's "The Walls" and The Weeknd's "The Zone" drop from our Top Picks to claim third and 10th. Edged out by the newcomers, Hamilton Park's "Thing Called Us (Remix)," Beyonce's "Love on Top" and David Guetta's "I Can Only Imagine" make their exit from the chart.
