Overall Music Chart - September 12, 2011
Welcome to the Booth's Top Hip Hop and R&B Chart! As always, your feedback has determined which songs made the cut. Each chart’s lineup is calculated using a special DJBooth.net Formula that takes into account member ratings and reviews as well as features’ overall popularity.
The Weeknd surges to the top of the lineup this week with former fifth-place pick "The Zone," and Lil Wayne's "The Mirror" graduates from our Rap Chart to claim second place. Last week's top two, Weezy's "She Will" and Drake's "Headlines," tumble to fifth and eighth. The only new feature to earn a spot on the lineup, DJ Khaled's "Legendary" debuts in 19th. Up from the Rap Chart along with Wayne's cut, The Throne's "Lift Off" and Tinie Tempah's "Till I'm Gone (Remix)" claim 10th and 12th, while R&B Chart graduates Nicki Minaj (with "Fly") and Jessie J. (with "Domino") land in 11th and 13th.
