R&B/Pop Music Chart - September 20, 2010

Welcome to the Booth's Top R&B Chart! As always, your feedback has determined which songs made the cut. Each chart’s lineup is calculated using a special DJBooth.net Formula that takes into account member ratings and reviews as well as features’ overall popularity.

With last week's #1 Rihanna ascending to the Top Picks chart, Akon assumes the top slot with his new single "Take a Chance", followed immediately by the declining "Can't Be Friends" by Trey Songz at #3. This week's selections saw a number of newcomers join the Top 20, including Raheem Devaughn's steamy "Single" at #6, Charlie Wilson's smooth "You Are" at #7 and the young Willow Smith's "Whip My Hair" at #8, with Tank's "Emergency" also sliding in at #18. Falling completely off the charts are Jason Caesar, Fantasia, Donell Jones and Songz' other offering, "Already Taken."
