New this week, Nicki Minaj's "Fly," Estelle's "'Break My Heart (Remix)," Shanell's "2 Seconds Too Late," Goapele's "Play," The-Dream's "Wake Me When It's Over" and Chayse's "Walls" claim third, 11th, 13th, 14th, 17th and 20th. Down from our Top Picks, Frank Ocean's "Swim Good" and Melanie Fiona's "4 AM" land in fourth and seventh. Edged out by the new additions are cuts by Casely ("Do What U Want"), Akon ("Still a Survivor"), Pitbull ("Rain Over Me"), Sean Paul. ("Got 2 Luv U"), Nikoo ("Not a Love Story"), Lloyd ("Naked") and Bei Maejor's ("Can't Believe").
