R&B/Pop Music Chart - September 6, 2010
Welcome to the Booth's Top R&B Chart! As always, your feedback has determined which songs made the cut. Each chart’s lineup is calculated using a special DJBooth.net Formula that takes into account member ratings and reviews as well as features’ overall popularity.
Two new features, T-Pain's "Rap Song" and Jeremih's "Down on Me," take top billing this week, pushing the former front-runner, Fantasia's "The Thrill Is Gone," to fourth. Formerly second, Ne-Yo's "One in a Million" drops off our charts entirely. Also debuting this week are the latest offerings from Jason Casar ("Misery Loves Company," in sixth), Ciara ("Speechless," in seventh), Jazmine Sullivan ("Holding You Down (Remix)," in 10th), Shontelle ("Perfect Nightmare," in 17th) and Lyfe Jennings ("Spotlight," in #18). Down from our Top Picks lineup, Jay Sean's "2012 (It Ain't the End)" and Usher's "Hot Tottie" drop to third and fifth. Absent from our charts along with "One in a Million" are Ciara's "Gimme Dat," Bei Maejor's "Kisses in the VIP," Keri Hilson's "Breaking Point," Marsha Ambrosius' "Hope She Cheats," Shontelle's "Impossible" and Faith Evans' "Gone Already."
