"From the windows, to the walls!!!" Even if you didn't quite know what it meant, the refrain was seemingly all you heard in 2003, when Lil Jon introduced the world to the Ying Yang Twins, the duo that would go on become symbols the crunk era.
It's been six years since the Twins' last album, but just as crunk didn't die, it only morphed into turn-up music, the Ying Yang Twins are very much alive and currently working on bringing some of that '03 energy to 2015.
In this exclusive interview, we sit down with one-half of the twins, Kaine, along with their longtime collaborator Mr. Collipark, the producer responsible for a litany of Southern hits, to talk about how the EDM movement built on the blueprint they laid down, how to let go of your past so you can move into the future, songs so crunk they still start fights in the club and much more.
