I don't know how to put this, but Top Prospects is kind of a big deal, and it just got bigger.
When we launched our "Top Prospects" series two years ago we hoped each and every artist selected would go on to become wildly successful, but playing the "who will blow up next?" game is boring, it's more about connections and co-signs than music. The question we're interested in answering isn't, "Are they going to be famous?" The question is, "Are they poised to make incredible music you need to be listening to?"
Noun: an apparent probability of advancement. Anticipation; expectation; a looking forward
Verb: to search or explore

Anderson Paak before he even linked up with Dr. Dre, Mick Jenkins before he even put out The Waters, Marc E. Bassy before he signed to Republic and was rising up the Billboard charts, we're proud to have worked with so many now well-known new names very early in their careers, and now it's time to bring Top Prospects to the people.
A3C x DJBooth
For our next group of artists we've partnered with A3C, a music festival on the exact same mission to shine a spotlight on hip-hop's next generation of must-hear voices. Over the next five months we'll be unveiling each new Top Prospect artist one at a time, complete with an in-depth profile on their life and art. And then in October it will all culminate in a live show at A3C that, and I'm not exaggerating here, will be the greatest moment in the history of live artistic performance of all-time.
We couldn't be more excited to reveal these artists to you over the next few months and put them in front of an audience of fans and equally obsessed with hearing hip-hop's next great artists. There's some dopeness coming your way soon - in the immortal words of Yung Joc, it's going down.
UPDATE: Tickets to our A3C TopProspects show are now on sale. You can cop tickets to just the TopProspects show here (a festival pass will also get you in), or get a $20 discount on a festival pass by entering the code 20topprospectsa3cwhen you buy.
