Travis Scott Confirms New Release Date For "Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight"

After failing to release his follow-up to "Rodeo" on August 5, the Houston native confirms the album will touch down August 26.

Travis Scott was supposed to release his new album, Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight, last Friday, August 5. That didn't happen.

As a matter of fact, no albums of consequence, slated for release on August 5, were released.

Following the debut of his new Beats 1 Radio show, .Wav, earlier today, during which he announced Kendrick Lamar, Kid Cudi and Kamaiyah as feature guests on BITTSM, Scott finally provided his fans with an update on the new release date:

While not everyone is jumping for joy over his forthcoming, confirmed-for-now new album, slated for an exclusive Apple Music release on August 26, Scott has promised that the follow-up to 2015's Rodeo will be well worth the additional three week wait.

Now about that other album...
