Ever Wonder What Gucci Mane, Rae Sremmurd & Kendrick Lamar Would Sound Like Together?

Only Mike WiLL Made-It knows when his long-awaited, supremely-delayed Ransom 2 album will be released, but when it eventually drops, it will contain a collaborative effort sure to set Twitter timelines ablaze.

On Saturday (January 28), Swae Lee of Rae Sremmurd revealed that the upcoming project will contain a Gucci Mane, Rae Sremmurd and Kendrick Lamar collab.

To answer Swae's question, no, I haven't personally wondered what a Gucci, Rae Sremmurd and Kendrick collaboration would sound like—partly because I've already heard Kendrick and Gucci together on a track—but that doesn't mean I'm not highly intrigued.

In addition to the four-headed monster teased by Swae, Ransom 2 will also feature a track that boasts contributions from 21 Savage, YG and Migos.

Until Mike Will announces a concrete release date for the album, however, I'd urge fans to temper their excitement.

Way back on December 27, 2015, Will polled his Twitter following, asking them if he should release his Ransom 2 project in Q1 or Q2 of 2016. (To no surprise, 78% of poll respondents wanted him to release the sequel to his 2014 mixtape in Q1.) 11 days later, Will even tweeted two photos from the studio with the caption "Mix and Mastering."

Of course, despite producing Beyoncé's powerful "Formation," Rae Sremmurd's chart-topping single "Black Beatles" and album cuts for Gucci Mane, Isaiah Rashad and Kid Cudi, 2016 came and went and Ransom 2 was nowhere to be found.
