Drake Confirms 'More Life' Release Date, Our Long National Nightmare is Over

After five months of false promises and broken dreams, we have a date.

We have a date.

Ladies and gentlemen, I repeat, we have a date.

After five months of false promises and broken dreams, Drake announced earlier today, he will release his brand new "project playlist" More Life next Saturday, March 18.

Very few, if any concrete details have emerged about the project—save for the reported 20 or so new tracks Drake has recorded in the UK during his Boy Meets World Tour—which has led to far more questions than answers. But after promising to deliver More Life in December, and then again before the end of February, his fans likely won't care as long as next weekend's episode of OVO Sound Radio on Apple Music station Beats 1 serves as the project's premiere.

Of course, a release date for a hip-hop artist wouldn't truly be a release date if there wasn't a chance of a delay, so even with confirmation from Drake, until the project is actually in our digital hands, don't hold your breath.

The "project playlist" could also arrive as soon as this weekend, reportedly.
