The wins keep piling up for 2016 breakout star D.R.A.M.

According to the RIAA, the Virginia native's breakout single "Broccoli," which features a guest appearance by Lil Yachty, has been certified 5x Platinum.

The certification is equivalent to 5 million combined sales and streaming-equivalent points (150 streams = one paid digital download).

Last month, D.R.A.M.'s debut Big Baby D.R.A.M.—the album that houses "Broccoli"—was certified Gold, which marked the Atlantic Records signee's second certification.

Although D.R.A.M. is now halfway to a Diamond certification (10 million), reaching that feat with "Broccoli" will be difficult. Only two rap artists have ever achieved Diamond certification for a single: Eminem accomplished this feat twice, first with “Not Afraid” (2010) and then on the Rihanna-assisted “Love The Way You Lie” (2010), followed by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis with "Thrift Shop" (2013).
