Last August, Big Boi announced that he and Killer Mike were working on a collaborative EP. Obviously, that project has not yet seen the light of day, but that hasn't stopped the longtime collaborators and ATL veterans from gifting fans with new music in back-to-back months.
Following the April release of Big Boi's Jeezy and Killer Mike-assisted "Kill Jill" single, the first from Big's forthcoming Boomiverse album due out June 16, DJ and producer Danger Mouse released "Chase Me" on Thursday (May 18), a collaborative single with the Outkast member and Run The Jewels, which will be featured on the official motion picture soundtrack for Edgar Wright's upcoming movie, Baby Driver.
Holy shit, you need to press play right now.

We talk to the Surf Gang artist about microdosing alternative music in his raps.
Given that the film—an action-comedy slated for wide release in the U.S. on June 28—follows a young getaway driver who is reluctantly coerced to work "one last job" for a veteran kingpin in order to escape his clutches and live happily ever after, "Chase Me" is perfect soundtrack fodder.
All three verses, delivered in order by El-P, Killer Mike and, finally, Big Boi, will have you on the edge of your seat, listening intensely while also imagining blasting "Chase Me" as several cop cars are in pursuit on a busy highway.
"Chase Me" is the type of song that leads to blown out car speakers, speeding tickets and noise violations.
Should any of the above actually occur, I'd like to make clear that DJBooth will not be held responsible. Please send all receipts, tickets and bail requests to Danger Mouse. He'll forever be caking off Gnarls Barkley publishing.
