Stop me if you've heard this one before: Drake is recording a new album.

On Monday evening (August 8), before the close of his 8th Annual OVO Fest, the Canadian hitmaker shared the news with his fans, adding that the project would be crafted in his hometown of Toronto.

"I'm going back to making this new album in Toronto, just for you," he said.

Following the release of More Life on March 18, Drake intimated that he would take off the rest of 2017. While we have no idea whether or not his Take Care-esque Instagram post means a sequel is on the way (it's not) this year or next, what we do know is that Drake's label, OVO Sound, is preparing for the release of four new full-length albums from Majid Jordan, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Roy Woods and DVSN.
